36  Observed floors throughout either very soiled or in need of replacing. Listed below are the area''s noted: 1. thoroughly clean floor in cook''s line and remove wood grate as it is an improper surface for flooring; 2. walk in cooler floor has no finish, 3. dry storage floor broken, 4. back room with an unsealed concrete, 5. clean floor at front counter between wall and pop dispenser, 6. clean floor in waitress station. All floors are to be kept clean, easily cleanable, and non-absorbent. Repair, replace and clean. (750.1200/1220) Next Inspection
